Cancellation Policy

Attendance & Absence Policy Your registration reserves a space in our small, intimate 12-week Nurture Circle series. If you are unable to attend a class, you are eligible for one complimentary make-up class, which may be attended at the end of your registered session (13 classes total). As each space is reserved specifically for you and your baby, missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Thank you for helping us maintain a consistent, supportive community for all families. Illness Policy The health and wellbeing of our families is our priority. Please do not attend class if you or your baby are experiencing a fever (37.8°C / 100°F or higher), vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious illness. Please ensure you and your child have been symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning. If you miss a class due to illness, your complimentary make-up class may be used if it has not already been redeemed. 1:1 Sleep Consultation Policies Full payment is required to reserve your consultation. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. We understand life with little ones can be unpredictable. To honour the time and individualized preparation that goes into creating your family’s sleep support plan, the following applies: - 48+ hours notice: Full refund or transfer payment as credit toward a future appointment. - 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or transfer payment as credit toward a future appointment. - Less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments: Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Consultations may be rescheduled once with appropriate notice. Additional requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Because each sleep plan is personalized, refunds are only available before your consultation and before work has begun. Once your consultation has taken place, your personalized plan has been created, or individualized support has started, refunds cannot be provided. Follow-up support included in your package is non-refundable once initiated. Your consultation includes the support outlined in your selected package. We aim to respond thoughtfully and promptly during business hours, but immediate responses cannot be guaranteed. These boundaries allow us to provide sustainable, high-quality support to every family.
